Steps to make Whole Green gram  dhokla:
  1. First soaked whole green moong dal in sufficient water for about 3-4 hours. Wash and drain all the water. Ko
  2. Now grind soaked green moong dal into grinder and make fine paste with it.
  3. Now add curd,ginger green chilli paste,lemon juice,salt as per taste and 1 tsp oil. Mix all ingredients well.dhokla batter is ready. Meanwhile grease the thali or pot. Now add eno salt to the dhokla batter. Mix well and immediately pour into greased thali or pot and put it in steamer and steam it for about 15 minutes. Turn off the gas.
  4. Now cut dhokla into desire shapes.
  5. Now for tempering - in a pan take 2 tsp oil,add mustard seeds and sesame seeds. When seeds starts crackle,add curry leaves and split green chillies. Now add dhokla pieces into this and cook for 2 minutes. Whole green gram dhokla is ready. Serve hot with chutney.
