Steps to make Sandwich (Without Bread):
  1. Mix sooji and dahi together.Add 1/2 cup water, mix it.Cover and keep it for 10 to 15 min.
  2. STUFFING: Heat pan,add oil in it.Add jeera in it,add curry leaves, chopped green chilli,add boiled and mashed potatoes. Also add salt,red chilli powder,mix nicely and on medium flame cook it for 1 min. Stuffing is ready,gas off,now keep it for cooling.After cooling make tikkies out of it.
  3. Now we will check our sooji batter,it is ready add half cup water,salt and soda in it.The batter should be of thick consistency.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and pour one ladle of batter in it.Keep aloo tikki on it,medium flame.On top of tikki pour some batter to cover the tikki.Then cover and cook for 2, 3 minutes. Open lid tilt the pan little and flip it. If you need you can sprinkle some oil from sides,cover and cook again for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes both sides are cooked. Take out in plate and cut the sandwich into two halves.Serve it with sauce or chutney.
