Steps to make Seekh Kabab (Traditional process):
  1. Take all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Mix them well
  3. Add chicken pieces.
  4. Marinate the chicken for approx 1 hour.
  5. Now arrange all the marinated chicken into skewer and polish marinated chicken with butter.
  6. Keep all the skewer over heat and roast then till well cooked.
  7. Chicken seekh Kabab is ready.
  8. Serve it with green chutney, sarso chutney and onion.
