The ingredients needed to make Spicy rice:
  1. Prepare 500 gr rice
  2. Make ready 1 onion
  3. Take 3 garlic clove
  4. Get 1 piece ginger
  5. Prepare Olive oil
  6. Make ready 2 tbs turmeric
  7. Make ready 2 tbs hot paprika
  8. Get 2 tbs cinnamon

Instructions to make Spicy rice:
  1. Put the oil in a pan and warm it. Add the garlic and the ginger, both minced. When they are goldened, add the minced onion.
  2. Add the spices and the chili. Leave it cooking for a few minutes with low heat
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, the rice and some water. Cook with low heat until the rice is done. If it becomes too dry, add water. When the rice is almost cooked, don't add water and just stir it frequently to prevent the rice from burning
  4. Toast the nuts cut in big pieces and add them to the rice once it's done. Serve cold or warm
