  1. Get 250 gms Yellow Turmeric
  2. Get 1 cup Green Peas
  3. Get 1 medium chopped onion
  4. Make ready 2 medium chopped tomatoes
  5. Prepare 1 teaspoon paste of Ginger, Garlic and Chilli
  6. Prepare 4-5 tablespoons ghee
  7. Prepare 2-3 tablespoons cumin seeds(Jeeru)
Steps to make Yellow Turmeric Sabji:
  1. Firstly, add ghee to the pan.
  2. Then add 2 to 3 tablespoons cumin seeds to it.
  3. Add pieces of tomatoes and onions to the mixture.
  4. Then add paste of Ginger, Garlic and Chilli to the pan.
  5. Mix all of it properly, then add shredded Yellow Turmeric to the above mixed ingredients.
  6. Add Green Peas to it after well mixing Turmeric.
  7. After mixing the Turmeric with the mixture properly then add 1 spoon red chilli powder.
  8. Add half spoon garam masala and Half spoon Dhaniya Jeera to the pan.
  9. Add salt as per your taste.
  10. Then mix curd to it and mix it properly until done.
