Steps to make Paneer Barbeque (Jain and regular):
  1. In curd mix chilli powder, amchur, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper powder, garam masala, roasted cumin powder, kasuri methi.don't mix cornflour and gram flour
  2. Wash red and green bell peppers, tomato and cut in cube pieces, cut paneer in cube pieces, then marinate tomato, bell peppers and paneer in curd for 1 hour.
  3. After 1 hour add corn flour and gram flour, mix it again and thread the marinate paneer, tomatoes and bell peppers in skewers alternately..
  4. On the high flame burner of gas.. hold skewer from one end and roast the paneer, tomato and bell pepper s till it left the Smokey aroma approx it will take 1 and 1/2 minute. You will see the sides will become black..
  5. Serve it hot..You can remove paneer, bell pepper and tomato from skewer in plate, microwave it for 1 minute and serve it. Enjoy it with you family and friends.
  6. Tips: you can add onion slice too, and in curd garlic power.You can also add boiled broccoli and baby corn.
