Once the water is boiling, stir in noodles and return to a boil. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain the egg noodles and add them directly to the wok and toss to coat. If your wok is too small, you can also serve the stir-fried vegetables and noodles separately on a plate.

  2. Wash everything.Chopped green beans,red pepper and onion. Blend scotch bonnet and onion keep them all aside. Parboil peas.
  3. Set egg on fire before it cook,start cooking noodles.
  4. Parboil noodles and sieve in a colander. Put a pot on fire add oil, blended pepper and stir fry. Add parboiled green beans, chopped red pepper and stir. Put the Seasonings and then add the parboiled noodles and keep stirring and then close for 2mins to steam then off the fire.
  5. Crack eggs in bowl add chopped red pepper, blended scotch bonnet,slice onion and seasonings then whisk. Pour in hot pan with oil,roll when bottom is golden.
