  1. Prepare 500 gm Curd
  2. Make ready 2 Alphonso Mango
  3. Prepare 1 Tablespoon Sugar

  1. Take curd in muslin cloth and hung it in cool and dry place for 2 hours so that the extra water gets removed.
  2. Take one mango and blend it in a blender to form a puree
  3. Finely chop another mango and keep it aside
  4. In a bowl take a hung curd whisk it for 3 to 4 minutes or till it is smooth and light in texture
  5. Now add sugar and whisk it again - Now add mango puree and mix it well
  6. Now take serving glass add a tablespoon of chopped mangoes, add yogurt then again add a layer of mango. Garnish it with mint leaves
  7. Keep it in refrigerator for an hour and enjoy
