I have made Hakka noodles. Leftover Noodles, and veggies so I have an idea to prepare a NoodlesBasket, and Veg 99 from (leftover vegetables). A basket with the help of a sieve and sprinkle some corn flour over it & deep fried in the oil.
Take a mixing bowl add all leftover veggies, (A bowl)add more Fresh vegetables if you require. add maida cornstarch, salt,red chilli powder, garlic ginger, make a tight dough without water, with the help of Plastic sheet make a medium-thick Chapati and cut into the triangle-shape pieces and deep-fry all pcs.Veg 99 triangles is ready.
Sauce for veg 99. Take a nonstick kadhai add 2 tbsp oil, add ginger garlic chopped. Saute for few seconds then add green chilli slits 2,3, add 1tbsp water then add tomato sauce, Red chilli sauce, Soya sauce. Then add vinegar, salt little bit, then add cornflour water and cook 1 minute.
Add Already prepared Veg 99 triangles sprinkles. Spring onion leaves, serve crunchy veg 99 in the Noodles Basket.
