  4. Cook on simmer for 25 mins untill the sauce thickens and reduces
  5. Whilst this is cooking. Cook the pasta as per instruction..
  6. When pasta is cooked add to pork and mushroom mixture
  7. Serve with a sprinkle of grated parmesan
