Get Nos - Fresh washed Apples
Prepare White Chocolate – Small Cubes (Approx. 1 Cup)
Get Dark Chocolates – Small Cubes (Approx. 1 Cup)
Take Nos - Long Toothpicks
Make ready Desiccated Coconut for garnishing –
Take Crushed Peanuts for garnishing –
Take Sprinkles (Sweet Fennel Seeds) –
Instructions to make Chocolate Apple Candy | Chocobar Recipe:
Take Apple and remove both sides’ edges of the Apple.
Cut Slices of the Apple around ½-inch thick round candy.
Remove stem and seeds from the slices.
Insert toothpick into the slice from one end and repeat the same to all the slices.
Melt the dark and white chocolate with double boiler method (sauce pan half filled with water and above it glass bowl filled with chocolates respectively)
Coat the Apple slices with your choice of chocolate coating.
Sprinkle garnishing of your choice either desiccated Coconut or crushed Peanuts or Sweet Fennel seeds or just opposite Chocolate over candy.
Place the candies on butter paper and refrigerate for 1 hr.
Remove set candies and it is now ready to serve.
