  1. Soak the dates and jaggery in a bowl with hot water and keep covered for 15-20 minutes
  2. Chop into pieces and pressure cook the apple. Alternatively, boil it covered until soft
  3. De-skin the apple and save the water used to cook it.
  4. Blend together the Apple, soaked dates and jaggery using the jaggery water and part of the water saved used for cooking the Apple
  5. In a cooking pot, add the wheat flour and sauté it for a minute on medium-Low heat after adding the ghee
  6. Once the flour starts to give out a lovely aroma, add the blended mix of Apple, powdered nuts and cook on Low heat until thick. Take care not to overcook
  7. Serve warm/at room temperature
