Prepare 3 cups maida

Instructions to make Baked wada paav:
Put yeast in warm water with sugar and keep aside till it swells up
On the other hand make aloo masala like we make for wada paav and keep aside to cool down.
Now Mix all the dry ingredients well. Add oil and butter to the dry mix and then bind to a soft dough kneading with yeast water.
Knead well and Keep aside to rise. It will double in size in 45-60 minutes
When the dough rise punch back then roll into a log and cut even size balls.
Now Grease a tray.
Take the dough ball and flatten it on your palm. - Place the aloo masala and carefully close making a stuffed ball holding all the edges.
Place them all in the greased tray.
Preheat the oven and bake in oven on 230 degrees or till nicely browned up on top. Once done brush some butter on the top.
