- Preheat oven to 400degrees
- use a 9x13 pan, or even smaller is fine
- whisk eggs in bowl
- in a sandwich bag fill with french fried onions, with rolling pin crush onions to become crumbs then add to seperate bowl
- coat chicken in eggs then bread with crumbs, repeat til all chicken is breaded
- add to pan and bake for 15 mins. on each side.
