The ingredients needed to make Keto crackers:
  1. Take 35 gm butter
  2. Prepare 100 gm almond meal
  3. Get 15 gm ground pork crackling
  4. Get 1/2 tsp xantham gum
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp baking powder
  6. Get 1 egg
  7. Take 1 tsp garlic powder
  8. Take 1/2 tsp salt
  9. Take 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions to make Keto crackers:
  1. Preheat oven to 180 C°
  2. Melt butter in microwave
  3. Add almond meal, xantham gum, baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt and mix well
  4. Add egg and knead. When mixed well, add ground pork crackling. Make sure dough comes off the sides of the mixing bowl. If needed, add a bit more ground pork crackling.
  5. Refrigerate the dough for 5-10 mins.
  6. Roll out the dough by putting it in between 2 baking paper sheets
  7. Cut into squares. Do not separate the squares.
  8. Put the baking paper and dough into a baking tray and bake for 15 mins.
  9. Let the crackers cool for 10 mins. Separate the squares along the lines. Enjoy!
