Make ready 1 tsp. Garam masala
Get 1 tsp. Sesame seeds
Get 2 tbsp. Cornflour
Take 1/2 tsp. Chaat masala
Get 1 tsp. Sugar
Take 2 tbsp Oil
Make ready 1 tbsp. Coriander
Prepare as required Oil to shallow fry
Take as required Chopped onion, tomato ,curd, tamrind and dates chutney ,green chutney coriander sev for garnishing
Instructions to make Chhole With Stuff Tikki Chaat:
Soak chickpeas overnight. Add cloves, bay leaf,and give 7-8 whistles
Heat oil and ghee in a pan add chopped onion saute till red-brown add chopped tomatoes. Saute Now add chole masala ginger chilli garlic paste red chilli powder salt dry mango powder black salt saute add boiled chole chana with water and cover cook for 7-10 mins on slow flame.
Crush par boil fresh peas and saute on slow flame add salt ginger chilli paste chaat masala sesame seeds garam masala lemon juice sugar.
Boil potatoes remove skin and grate Add salt ginger chilli paste. 1tsp Cornflour. Mix well and make patties and stuff fresh peas mixture and give a flat round shape. Coat with cornflour and shallow fry.
Take chhole gravy ina serving plate. Place 2 patties cut from middle pour green chutney, tamarind dates chutney, curd, chopped coriander tomatoes onion garnish with sev. Sprinkle chaat masala. Tasty delicious Chhola with stuffed Tikki Chaat is ready to serve.
