Cook the lasagne sheets in boiling water with salt. Remove when tender but firm to bite.
In a pan, heat oil. Add chopped onions, sweat them a little. Add garlic and fry for 1 min. Add chicken, salt, herbs, and sauces.
Mix well. Add a little water if sauce is extremely thick. Sauce should not be runny, should be of a smooth paste consistency.
Laydown the lasagne sheets in a baking dish. Add filling. Repeat in layers.
Add slices of cheese in between the layers.
Bake at 180°C for 30 mins. Dish out.
