  17. Prepare 1 pinch asafoetida (hing)
  18. Get Oil for shallow fry & tempering

  5. Cover lid on pan. Cook it on slow flame. It will take 8-10 minutes to cook until golden. Now flip carefully. Cook bottom side until golden.
  6. Transfer it in plate. Cut it in desired shape.
  7. Serve hot with green chutney & tomato sauce.
