  1. For dough:- Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well with fingers and palm.
  2. Add water to make a smooth and firm dough. Rest the dough for 15 minutes.
  3. For stuffing:- Grind all the ingredients mentioned in the list to a coarse mixture and keep it aside.
  4. Divide the dough into equal lemon size ball. Roll out each ball into thick circular Puri
  5. Put 1-2 tbsp stuffing mixture in the centre of Puri. Wrap stuffing with Puri and seal it's edges and again give it a shape of ball.
  6. Heat oil over medium flame to deep fry kachoris.
  7. Deep fry over low flame until they turn light brown.
  8. Enjoy kachori with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
