Sabse pehle ek pot to medium-high flame par rakhen aur usmen cooking oil aur tmam sabat garam masale shamil karein aur halka sa fry krlen, khushboo ane tak.
Ab piyaz ke slices shamil karein aur golden brown colour ane tak fry krlen.
Jab piyaz golden brown colour ke hojaen to lehsan-adrak ka paste aur wash aur strain ki hui chicken shamil karein aur colour change hone tak achi trhan fry krlen.
Ab tamater ke slices aur chopped sabz mirchen shamil karein aur sath hi namak aur tmam pisse masale bhi shamil krlen aur flame ko medium-low krden aur tamater soft hone tak dhak kar pkaen.
Jab tamater soft hojaen aur oil masale se separate hojae to 6 cups pani shamil karein aur sath hi lemon juice bhi shamil krlen aur flame high krden aur pani ka ek ubaal ane dein.
Ek ubaal ane ke baad 3 cups basmati chawal jo ke 30 mins tak pani mein bhigo kar rakhe hue the, strain kar ke shamil karein aur high flame par pani dry hone tak pkaen.
Jab pani almost dry hojae to uper sabat sabz mirchen daal dein aur aluminium foil se cover krden aur uper weight rakh dein.
Tawe ko pehle se high flame par garam krlen phir pot ko tawe par low flame par 20 mins tak dum dein.
20 mins ke baad flame off krden aur chawalon ko halke haathon mix krlen aur serve karein.
