Slice and debone the chicken thigh. You may use chicken breast if you like. Recommended using thigh because of the meat juiciness.
Slice the chicken into desired size.
In a bowl, mix yoghurt with the tomato paste and the rest of spices and lemon juice. Mix it well and taste it. Adjust the taste.
Marinate the chicken into the yoghurt mixture evenly. Place it in the fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight. Cover the bowl with wrapping paper.
Heat the oven as high as possible for 15 minutes. Place the chicken on the baking tray and bake it for 15-20 minutes at 200°C until well cooked and not raw in the middle.
Another options: bake the chicken on the griller or bbq it.
