11. For making filling :- place whipped cream, mascarpone, in a large bowl whip until stiff peak, add zest of orange, whip for sec.
12. Now add strawberry preserve, lime juice and whip gently, taste and adjust sweetness by adding icing sugar or more strawberry preserve,
13. (Slice the cake in 2 or 4 as your wish, if you baked single cake) or take 2 baked cake and sandwitch with the flilling,
14. Keep it in fridge for 15 mint.
15. For frosting - place chocolate in the large bowl, pour over warm cream. Add 1 tbs butter for shining. Whisk it with hands untill smooth.
16. Frost the cake with this and keep in fridge for 30 min for set
17. Garnish the cake with fresh strawberry, mint. And chocolate shards, dusting cocoa powder. Chilled for next couple of hr. And serve
