  1. Add all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add water accordingly becoj we have added spinach, fenugreek and coriander leaves also.
  3. Knead a soft dough.
  4. Keep it aside for 5-10minute.
  5. Till then Heat tandoor for 5-7 minute with medium to low flame.
  6. Now apply some oil or ghee in your palm.
  7. Take a part of dough.add some wheat flour to it.
  8. Roll it with your hands like we roll bajra or maize roti.
  9. Dough is soft becoj we have added green leaves vegetable.
  10. Tandoor becomes hot now apply some water at one side of Tikkad.
  11. Now stick it to the cup of tandoor and keep the flame medium to high.
  12. Cook it very well.
  13. Now keep the Tikkad out and cook it also from back side on gas.
  14. Apply ghee on Tikkad and serve it with jaggery,dahi,aloo pyaaj sabji or ut favorite one.
