The ingredients needed to make Alfredo Wheat Pasta:
Take 1 Whole Wheat pasta
Take 2 garlic cloves
Make ready As needed Butter
Take As needed Ghee
Get 2 tsp Flour
Prepare As needed Milk
Get 1/4 cup Mushroom
Make ready To taste Salt
Prepare 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Prepare To taste Red Chilli powder
Steps to make Alfredo Wheat Pasta:
To start of with, we will heat the saucepan and put half tablespoon ghee and half tablespoon butter and add small- cut garlic for the taste.
Once garlic is half cooked, add Flour (Maida) and and gradually, keep adding milk and keep blending constantly.
Once it is a bit prepared, you can keep blending it manually or blend it in the mixer blender.
Once blended, add Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder, as per your preference, preferably around 1 tablespoon salt, half tablespoon black pepper and half tablespoon spoon red chilli powder and 1 Cheese Cube or Cheese Spread, whatever is available.
Add cut Mushrooms in the prepared sauce and let it cook properly. Once prepared, add the boiled whole wheat pasta to the sauce and let it cook. Cover the saucepan.
Once prepared, add grated cheese, oregano and chilli flakes to the pasta and you’re ready to go!
