In a bowl add one cup suji and one cup curd mix well both add little bit salt, chopped green chilli and ginger.keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
After 20 minutes take the batter add soda with 1/4 cup water and mix well,make a smooth batter.
Now take idli moulds and put the batter in each moulds in some quantity put the moulds in bowl cover the lids and baked in microwave for only 3 mints.Your vadas are ready
In a bowl take water add hing and salt and dip the baked vada in it for 5 minutes.
Then after five minutes take out the vada from water squeeze the water gently and In a serving plate transfer the bada in plates pour the curd over it spread chat masala,salt,cumin powder, red chilli powder, and imli ki chutney.Garnish with some coriander leaves.
