  31. Take 3 tbsp Coriander leaves

  35. Take 2 Dry red chilli

  1. Take a bowl and add all pakodas ingredients in it and add water & make batter. And add curd
  2. Now add oil to it and mix well. Keep at rest for ½ hour.
  3. Assemble all ingredients-
  4. Take a vessel and add besan and ½ cup water and make thick batter and add curd and mix well.
  5. Add water and mix well.
  6. Take a bowl and add dhaniya powder,chilli powder,haldi powder and garam masala and add 3 tbsp water and make paste.
  7. After ½ hour make pagodas.
  8. Take a pan and add oil. add methi seeds, jeera, rai fry a few seconds add chilli, ginger garlic paste,.
  9. Now add curry leaves and fry 2 min on low flame. Add paste and mix well. Add ¼ cup water and fry masala for 2 mins on low flame. Add the Spices to the curry. Continuously stir for 15 mins on low flame.
  10. Now add salt and sugar.
  11. Add pakodas and cook 5 mins on low flame.
  12. Now Add coriander leaves, we' ll make tadka and it to the kadhi
  13. Kadhi is Ready.
