Now take a piece of aluminium foil and fold and make cookpad logo and make stensil.now add salt and ginger chilli paste in batter.and put the stensil on hot nonstick tawa and pour batter.now add finely chopped tomato,onion and sprinkle some finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.cook for a while and put oil around the utappam and remove stensil.now cook it both the side and serve with coconut chutney.
