I made it with olive oil and it was definitely fantastic! This sounds easy but perfect scrambled eggs that are soft and custard-like with no brown color are a sign of a really good cook. Season the eggs with a few cranks of black pepper and good salt, like fleur de sel.

Steps to make Scrambled Egg and Avocado:
  1. Mix everything in a bowl
  2. Pour in the egg mixture
  3. Mix well with a fork
  4. Heat up your pan with a little veg oil
  5. Once it cooks on the lower side, turn it over and gently stir it with a wooden spoon
  6. Serve with an avocado on the side
