  10. Make ready 3-4 tbsp water

Steps to make Hara Bhara Kabab (Deep fried and Roasted):
  1. Blanch the spinach and boil the potatoes. Add green peas. Grind the green peas and spinach together. And add it in the mashed potatoes.
  2. Mash the potatoes and add all ingredients together. Add bread crumbs and mix it well and gently.
  3. Take a small portion and give it a round shape and flat it.
  4. Prepare the corn starch slurry. Keep bread crumbs ready. Deep the patty in slurry.
  5. Roll it in bread crumbs.
  6. You can deep fry or Shallow fry. Serve hot with chuteny.
  7. Note : I prepared Hara Bhara Kabab two ways here. First three kababs are deep fried and before that coated with corn starch slurry and rolled in bread crumbs. Another two are roasted in non-stick pan.
