  1. In a bowl make a batter of buttermilk and gram flour. Add turmeric powder, and red chilli powder.
  2. In a pan heat the oil… And add cumin seed, mustard seed, fenugreek seed.
  3. As seeds starts cracking.. add crushed garlic, dried red chilli and curry leaves.
  4. Garlic become golden brown, add better with ladle, slowly. Don't pour whole batter other wise kadhi will splintered.
  5. Cook it for 10 min, at low flame.
  6. Meanwhile, grind the soaked dal, pinch of baking soda coriander, chilli, and ginger, and make a paste.
  7. Add rice flour, and rest for 5 min.
  8. Now heat oil, and make mongode.

  10. Now add these mongode in kadi, add salt and cook for 7-8 min.
  11. Mangode wali kadhi is ready to serve.
