  1. Take a 6 to 7 tomatoes washed them in normal water
  2. Chopped tomatoes and Coriander leaves take all the ingredients, take a pan heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoedia saute for a minute when crackled add 2 red chilli and chopped tomatoes.
  4. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes add curry leaves and Coriander leaves, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder rasam masala.
  5. Add 2 piece of kokam (instead of tamarind)Mix well all the ingredients add salt as per taste and cover the lid for 5 minutes.
  6. After 5 minutes open the lid add 1tbsp of jaggery powder mix well add mashed toovar Dal water and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. After 5 minutes add water as per requirement and finely chopped coriander leaves boil rasam for another 5 minutes and turn of flame serve hot.
