  1. Grate boiled beetroot and potato.Add in crumbled tofu.
  2. Add dry pomegranate seeds and kaju.
  3. Now add all spices, ginger chilli paste and coriander and salt.
  4. Mix in cornflour and knead the dough with greased hand
  5. Divide the dough into equal parts and make balls.
  6. Flatten them little bit and shallow fry on non stick tawa in oil.
  7. Serve hot with green chutney.
