Take 1/2 tsp hing
Take 1/2 tsp jeera

Mix all ingredients of pakoras.Mix well to get a thick soft paste of dropping consistency.

For tempering, mix ghee with a pinch of hing powder, zeera, mustard seeds.
Microwave for 2 min.
Add dry red chillies, green chilli thin long piece, 1 tsp red chilli powder to hot ghee.
Pour over the kadhi. Garnishing chopped coriander leaves.
