  8. For tempering, mix ghee with a pinch of hing powder, zeera, mustard seeds.
  9. Microwave for 2 min.
  10. Add dry red chillies, green chilli thin long piece, 1 tsp red chilli powder to hot ghee.
  11. Pour over the kadhi. Garnishing chopped coriander leaves.
  12. Ready to serve.
