Steps to make Burrito bowl:
Heat the oil in pan add garlic and saute few seconds. Add chilli flakes and onion. Sauté for one minute. Add all capsicum and saute. Now add corn mix it well and add rice tomato ketchup and salt. Mix gently and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan add garlic and chilli flakes saute for a minute add spring onion and tomatoes.mix well. Cook on mediums flame. Now add catch-up, rajma, chilli flakes and salt. Keep aside.
#For uncooked salsa :-Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl. Mix well and keep aside.
#For saur cream :-In hung curd mix lemon juice, salt and pepper. Keep aside.
How to proceed :-just before serving, take a big bowl, place a portion of rice and press it using the back of spoon. Top it with portion of beans. Next put a portion of sour cream and spread it evenly. Spread a portion of uncooked salsa. Finally sprinkle spring onion and grated cheese and crushed nacho chips
