  1. Get 2 Wheat Flour Flat Bread/Roti/Phulka(leftover or fresh)

  5. Get 1 tbsp lemon juice
  6. Make ready as needed Grated Cheese
  7. Take As needed Coriander leaves

Steps to make INDO-MEXICAN TACOS:
  1. For making Roti Taco - Apply some oil on leftover Rotis(phulkas) and prick them with a fork.Place the phulkas in between the oven racks upside down and bake them @270°F for 5-7 minutes.Take them out and let it cool.As it cools it gets harder and looks like taco shell.
  2. For filling you need, Leftover Rajma Masala.You just need to dry up the gravy a little bit and make it into semi solid. Add some boiled corn and mix.
  3. Salsa…Cut onion and tomatoes into fine pieces and add lemon juice,salt,coriander leavs and chilli flakes(optional) to it and give it a good mix.
  4. Now let's arrange the Indo-Mexican Taco.Take a Phulka taco.First fill it with a spoon of Rajma masala.Next spread the hung curd mixture.Then spread the salsa.Again a tbsp of Rajma masala and on top sprinkle the grated cheese.Garnish with coriander leaves.Yummmmmm 😋
