Get soya granules
Take grated ginger and garlic
Get green chilli
Make ready boiled corn
Prepare mix veggies green yellow red bell pepper

Get Makkai flour
Get wheat flour
Instructions to make Soya taco:
Make dough using wheat flour and makkai (corn flour) and make soft dough add salt 1 tsp and 1 tsp turmeric
Make small size balls and keep ready
Make round like chapati
Cook from both side like chapati but cook half way
Use microwave jali to make taco shell
Keep in otg or oven for 5 min
Taco shell ready
As we are making healthy weight loss recepi so don't use much oil only 2tbsp oil is enough to cook veggies now add onion,green chilli, grated ginger, garlic,and fry little to make soft and till raw smell goes
Now add all the veggies cook on low flame to get all ingredients mix well for 10 min
Cool down veggies and add 1 tbsp venigar and lemon juice and fill the taco and again keep in oven for 5 min before having it so it can serve hot
Garnish with grated onion, cabbage, mix with little veniger and on top use curd and coriander.
