The ingredients needed to make Easy kebab:
  1. Take beef and lamb mince
  2. Get chopped garlic
  3. Take smoked paprika
  4. Make ready all purpose seasoning
  5. Take garlic infused olive oil
  6. Get Finely chopped onion
Steps to make Easy kebab:
  1. Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Tip all the ingredients into a large bowl pinch of salt and lots of ground pepper. Mix together until everything is combined and has a paste link consistency
  2. Oil a large sheet of foil, tip the meat mix in the middle and mould to a very thick sausage, roughly the shape of an aubergine. Roll up the foil tightly, twisting up the ends to create a Christmas cracker shape.
  3. Lay on a shallow roasting tin and roast in the oven for 35-40 mins. Then remove from the oven and foil and a quick fry on a griddle pan just to char the sides.
  4. Serve with pitta bread shredded lettuce and coleslaw.
