  2. Make ready 500 gr Sugar

  2. Drain and dry the fruits
  3. Take a fork and prick the gooseberry all the sides, wash and keep
  4. Take a deep bowl, add enough water, when it boil add gooseberry, cover and let it boil for 5min
  5. Drain and keep the gooseberry on a plate
  6. Take a deep pan, add sugar and on top keep the gooseberry and stir slowly in medium flame
  7. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook until one string consistency
  8. Add cardamon powder and let it cool completely.
  9. Once cool cover with lid and keep for 3 days
  10. Then store it in a glass jar and have two fruits daily and stay healthy
