  2. Mash it with a fork.
  3. Add very finely chopped garlic, cilantro, onion and the white pepper powder,salt in to it.
  4. Add few drops of lemon juice and mix well. Keep aside.
  5. Toast the bread in a toaster or toast the bread slices on a tawa.
  6. Spread the avocado mix on them and sprinkle the chilli flakes.
  7. Enjoy them as closed sandwich or open sandwich as you wish.
