Spicy chicken wings is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It’s simple, it is quick, it tastes delicious. It is appreciated by millions daily. They are nice and they look wonderful. Spicy chicken wings is something that I’ve loved my whole life.

The ingredients needed to make Spicy chicken wings:
  1. Prepare 12 chicken wings
  2. Take 6 cloves garlic
  3. Get 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  4. Get 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  5. Make ready 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  6. Take 1 / 2 tablespoon of Cayenne pepper
  7. Prepare 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  8. Take 1 tablespoon royco
  9. Take 1 tablespoon chicken masala
  10. Prepare 1 tablespoon tomato paste
Instructions to make Spicy chicken wings:
  1. Clean your chicken and place in a container. Add the marinade ingredients and mix up, then allow to chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours. The longer you marinate the stronger the flavour will be. To make the marinade, mix the olive oil, Apple cider vinegar, rosemary and finely ground garlic.
  2. Once the marination is done, pour the contents of the container into a Pan and boil till the checken wings are tender and cooked through
  3. Once done, flash fry the wings until browned. Since they are cooked, this takes about 2 minutes. Set aside.
  4. Mix the seasoning spices in a container and mix them till they form a paste.
  5. For the sauce, use a little hot water, put in the tomato paste and spice blend paste, then simmer on low heat till it thickens. Once done, remove from heat then put in your chicken wings. Make sure they are evenly coated. Let it sit for a while to infuse the flavours.
  6. Garnish with parsley leaves and serve.
  7. NB: We like our spicy foods really spicy, so I added a green pepper and two red chillies, fried in little oil before I put in the tomato paste and spices. But this isn't necessary. Next time I'll edit this to include the sweetener. Hope you enjoy it.
