  1. In a pot add water and bring to a boil on medium heat,then add in only indomie and cook for 6 mins
  2. After 6mins drain in a colinder and set aside
  3. In the same pot add in little oil,onions,bell pepper, sliced tomatoes,cucumber, lettuce, paste of ginger and garlic,paste of Scott bonnet indomie Maggi sauce and stir fry for two minutes,then add in your indomie and stir fry for another two minutes…enjoy yum yum yum

This is a very typical stir fried noodle dish that I have as a midweek meal. One that doesn't require specific ingredients - just use whatever you have. Use fresh or dried noodles, whatever vegetables. Drain and add to the skillet. Stir-fry over high heat until heated through.
