  2. Take For Potato Mixture
  3. Make ready 2 medium sized boiled potatoes

  3. To prepare the tadka(tempering), heat oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds (first let it crackle), curry leaves, heeng, grated carrot, red chilli powder and salt. Cook for 2 mins and pour into the yogurt. Mix well & Keep aside.
  4. Now spread potato mixture evenly on all bread roundals. Heat tawa or pan & grease it with some oil. Put the bread with potato side down. Then spread yogurt mixture on top(the other side facing upwards).
  5. Cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 mins. Serve Hot!
