  18. Make ready 500 gram bhindi(lady finger-wash+dry+cut into pieces)

  23. Get 1/2 tsp salt(to taste)

  27. Take 1 tsp lemon juice
  28. Get 1 dry ted chilli
  29. Take 3 tbsp Oil
  30. Take Handful coriander leaves

  5. Add bhindi,mix gently.cook on low medium flame till bhindi (okra)becomes soft Do not cover with lid.Add amchur powder,salt,turmeric powder,Dhania powder.mix it well.
  6. Turnoff the flame add lemon juice and coriander leaves.Serve with chapatis.
