Burrata is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It’s simple, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. Burrata is something that I’ve loved my whole life. They’re nice and they look wonderful.

To get started with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have burrata using 7 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Burrata:
  1. Make ready 1 burrata
  2. Take 75 g arugula
  3. Make ready Mixed tomatoes
  4. Get 75 g mixed toasted nuts
  5. Get 4 pcs sundried tomatoes in oil
  6. Get 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  7. Take 2 tbsp (raspberry) balsamic glaze
Instructions to make Burrata:
  1. Chop up the nuts quite finely.
  2. Chop up sundried tomatoes and mix with the nuts to create a quick rustic pesto.
  3. Cut up tomatoes into different shapes for different textures.
  4. Lay arugula in the bottom of a deep plate and top with the tomatoes.
  5. Dress with a little oil from the sundried tomatoes and apple cider vinegar (try putting your vinegar in a spray bottle to dress your salads easily)
  6. Place Your homemade pesto mix in the middle of the plate and add the glorious burrata on the top of that. (It will be a delicious surprise hiding under there:))
  7. Drizzle the plate with the balsamic glaze and top with some coarse salt flakes and fresh pepper.
  8. Enjoy! :)
