1. In a cup add yeast and pour a little amount of warm water,let it settle for 5 min.
2. Add flour to a bowl,add sugar to it nd mix.
3. Now,break 1 egg,add it to the yeast mixture nd add more warm water nd whisk,now pour the mixture on the dry ingredients (before mixing add vanillah essense) nd mix,if dough need more water add more warm water to form a soft but sticky dough(very sticky🤣)
4. Now transfer the dough unto a dusted working surface nd knead/beat, knead am very well for atlst 7 min.
5. Now squeeze a little amount of butter,add it to the dough nd knead very well for atslt 8 more mins(at first it will look messy😂)till dough become non sticky.
6. Now squeeze more butter nd spread on a little surface,cut a piece of the dough place it on the spreaded butter surface,using ur hands curve the dough in nd make a round move with ur hands,(fast en slow)till u make a round lumpless ball(if u find it difficult spread flour on the butter) repeat till all the dough is finished,place them on a dusted tray(dust with flour) nd cover them till theh doubled in size.
7. Now the fun part,deep fry them on low heat till both sides are golden(sorry i couldnt take step by step,but i hope ya'll understand it this way) sprinkle icing sugar en enjoy.
