Make ready 250 gms Basmati Rice
Prepare 250 gms boneless chicken
Take 2 eggs
Get 100 gms prawns
Prepare 2 carrots
Prepare 1 capsicum

Take 1 1/2 tsp garlic minced
Prepare 1 tsp garlic paste
Get 2 tbsp soya sauce
Take 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
Take 3 green chillies chopped finely

Take 2 tsp black pepper powder
Take 2 pinch Ajinomoto
Prepare 1 tbsp vinegar
Make ready 4 tbsp sesame or vegetable oil
Steps to make Mixed Chicken Fried Rice:
Wash and soak rice for 10 minutes.Boil water in a pan with 1 tbsp oil,1 tsp salt and add the rice.Let it boil till it is 70-80% cooked.Add 2 cups cold water.Give it a stir and strain water completely.Spread out to cool.Meanwhile slice into thin strips boneless chicken breast.Clean and devein prawns.Chop all vegetables into thin strips.Chop onion and mince garlic.
Smear little salt,black pepper,1 tsp chilli sauce,garlic paste and 1 tsp cornflour to the chicken strips.Mix all and set aside for 5 minutes.Meanwhile beat 2 eggs with little salt and heat 1 tsp oil.Add the eggs and scramble them.Fry the prawns lightly.Set aside.Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the chicken strips till golden brown.In the remaining oil,add the minced garlic and fry.Then add chopped onion,salt, carrots and beans.Stir fry for 2 minutes.Add chopped capsicum and toss.
In a separate wok heat 2 tbsp oil and add the stir fried vegetables,chicken,prawns and scrambled eggs.Mix all and add chilli sauce,soya sauce,black pepper,vinegar and ajinomoto.Toss and add cooked rice.Fry for sometime. Switch off flame,cover and give the rice a standing time for 5-6 minutes.Serve hot as it is with chilli garlic sauce or some manchurian balls.
