Prepare 2 Chicken Breasts

Take 4 tbls white wine
Take 6-8 whole black peppers
Make ready 1/2 tsp mixed Rainbow, Black pepper + Szechuan peppers
Make ready 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Prepare 1/4 cup Double cream

Coat the chicken in some of the peppers. Add spray oil to to tbe chicken.
Add the oil and heat up then add onions fry for 1 minute. Then add the chicken breasts.
Cook the chicken breast turning over or cut the breasts into a buttetfly cut to cook a little quicker.add a little lemon pepper.turn down and cook slow.
Add the potatoes or veg now to cook. I am having homemade chips with mine.
Add the wine to a small saucepan and let it boil on high for 1 minute. Then add all the peppers and the Dijon mustard. And the whole peppers also peppered sauce stir and simmer for 2 minutes then take off the heat let it cool then add back to the heat and pour in the cream stirring. Bring to the boil and turn off the heat.
Stir in the peppered sauce. Take off the heat and add the cream. Stir in then add szechuan peppers.
Chicken cooked add to a serving plates and the onion add the veg or chips then pour the sauce on both chickens.serve hot.
Pour sauce over. Enjoy
