Marinate chicken keema with ginger, garlic, onion paste, salt, turmeric powder, tandoori masala and lemon juice. Leave for 10-15 minutes in refrigerator.
Heat oil in a pan. Put the marinated keema. Cover and cook till done.
Add grated cheese to cooked keema. Mixed well and keep aside.
Boil potatoes and grate them.
Add all the ingredients for hash brown with grated potato. Mix well
Take a small portion on palm, flatten it. Put some keema- cheese mix. Cover it with potato mix. Shape it as your choice.
Make all hash browns and keep in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
Heat oil. Deep fry the hash browns till golden brown.
