At first boiled potatoes & mashed them with spices.
Heat the pan with lil bit ghee…. tempting 3 tbsp mashed potato with turmeric powder and salt. Fried them.
Mix ap flour with Others part of mashed potato & make a dough. Divided them into equal parts.
Now poured the yellow part of potato into dough & make a oval shape egg….. Fried them into deep oil.
Gravy :- Heat a woke with ghee. Added onion & cardamon seeds…saute for few minutes. Then Added tomato puree, curd, sugar & spices. Stirring it untill oil came out. Also added lil bit water.
Then added tomato sauce & cornflour mixture. When it's cooked properly…. placed the gravy into serving dish & cut the egg…. decorated into gravy.
