  4. Dip in the egg mix the coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. In a pan/sufuria heat your oil till it's hot then dip Fry your kebabs to golden brown
  6. Put them aside to slightly cool,s sprinkle some lemon juice on them, garnish with rosemary and serve warm. You can serve the kebabs just the way they are or with a dipping sauce of your choice.
